We keep this short and true to how we work: we collect the little we need to reply to you and to understand which pages get read — nothing more, and we never sell it. Last updated 4 July 2026.
When you email us or request a walkthrough, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. When you browse the site, we use cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel) that count page views in aggregate — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles, and nothing that identifies you personally.
Two reasons only: to reply to you and arrange a walkthrough, and to see which pages are read so we can improve them. We do not build marketing profiles, and we do not enrich or combine your data with third-party sources.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with data brokers or ad networks. No third-party advertising trackers run on this site. If we ever use a new processor to run the business (for example, a scheduling tool once booking is wired), we will name it here first.
Emails live in our business inbox with our email provider; analytics are held in aggregate by Vercel. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to have the conversation or to meet a legal or tax obligation, then remove it.
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We honour access and erasure requests in line with applicable law, including India's DPDP Act and the GDPR where it applies. Email services@thrvin.com and we'll action it.
