Plain terms for using this site. The important one: this site is information — any operator we run or build we take on is governed by a separate written agreement, not by anything here. Last updated 4 July 2026.
02 · the service is separate
Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment. Any actual engagement — a managed operator on your front office, a build sprint, a walkthrough outcome — is set out in a separate written agreement between you and Thrvin, and that agreement governs the work.
03 · what's ours
The site — its copy, design, code, diagrams, and the Thrvin name and mark — belongs to Thrvin. You're welcome to read it and share links; please don't copy, reproduce, or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
04 · accuracy · no warranty
We work hard to keep the site accurate and honest, but it's provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Forward-looking statements describe intent, not guarantees, and we may change or update the site at any time.
05 · liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Thrvin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the minimum permitted by law.
